Hi!

My name is Keith, I am a Software Engineer, originally from North Carolina now living in Philly

I am very passionate about food, whenever I travel, my primary concern is where I'll be eating.

I created this website just to share my thoughts and takes on things I make most often in a way that is more approachable and honest. I think a lot of recipes focus on trying to make something seem easier to make and end up skipping over important information just to save out on a step.

One of my pet peeves is when a recipe does what I call "hiding steps in the ingredients", you'll go to the website and see that a recipe is 5 steps. Great! But then in the ingredients list you see "2lbs of chicken breast, cut into pieces and marinated for 24 hours". That's a step! And it should be included as such. My goal is to make recipes that are easy to ready, understand, and follow for cooks of all skill levels.
